Ed E. Hadden graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Finance from the University of Central Florida in 1982.
While attending UCF, he obtained a Florida Real
Estate Salesman’s license.

Hadden joined Epoch Properties, Inc. in 1982 as a
Construction Manager in Orlando, Florida. While with Epoch,
from 1982 to 1989, he was responsible for the construction
of over 1,800 rental units.

In 1989, Hadden formed Spartan Contractors, Inc., a state
license and bonded general contracting company. With Ed as
Vice President and Senior Project Manager, Spartan
successfully completed bonded projects for the City of
Orlando, Orange County, Seminole County, NASA, University of
Central Florida, Patrick Air Force Base, as well as private
clientele.

Ed Hadden formed Brevard Development Corporation in 1992 and
began building million dollar custom homes. Brevard
Development has completed homes in some of the most elite
subdivisions in Central Florida, i.e. North Grove, Heathrow,
and Palma Vista. Brevard Development also performed
commercial restoration and remodeling.

From 1994 to 2004, Ed Hadden was the Vice President of
Construction for two of the largest multi-family developers
in the country, completing projects throughout Florida and
the Southeast.

In 2004, Ed formed MLC Construction. A full service
construction company providing general contracting,
construction management, design build services and
commercial restoration. Ed Hadden currently holds an active
general contractor’s license in Florida. (CGC 046115)
